My little book of gains challenge
Last week I launched my first blog called “my nutritional story” just click here.
I am going to share with you my journey on a monthly basis. I will document my progress with the insights I have gained, what went well and where I could make improvements. A health transformation is not a straightforward journey. I am going to keep it real through sharing the positive aspects but also show that when things don’t go to plan how you keeping going. Building consistency with a simple approach and always remembering to look for progress not perfection.
Today, I started my own 28 day accountability challenge “my little book of gains”. I am not starting a fad diet just simply recording my current food choices the good, the bad and the indifferent. This will help to see where I need to start to make changes first whilst helping me to see the real triggers behind my food binges.
